TARC Automated Phone System (502) 585-1234
TARC's Automated Transit Telephone Information System enables customers to
call for information 7-days a week, 24-hours a day. TARCLine provides customers
with bus schedule times based upon the caller selecting a bus route, time of day
wishing to travel, and choosing a timepoint nearest their boarding stop.
TARCLine also has pre-recorded information on fares, special events,
services, route descriptions, Park 'n' TARC lots, etc. Customers can also request to speak directly to a TARC Customer Service Representative by dialing "0", Monday -Friday, 6 am - 8 pm, or Saturday, 7 am - 5:30 pm
